now its upto you wheather you are a person of inclination for some bitterness or
the old tradition suites you best.

item1: 1 ounce Cynar
item2: 1/2 ounce Campari
item3: 1/2 ounce Fresh Orange Juice
item4: 3 ounces Brut Champagne
item5:Orange Twist
step1: Combine Cynar, Campari and juice in cocktail shaker with ice.
step2: Shake to blend and chill.
step3: Strain into chilled champagne flute. Top with champagne.
step4: Garnish with orange twist.
